Pizza Party!

I’ve done it. I’ve made the ultimate keto recipe: PIZZA. “What!? How can you make pizza without using anything like flour?” Well, my friends… I am here and going to guide you to a state of keto bliss.

You will need the following:

1 1/2 cup — Cheese (I used a mixture of mozza and cheddar)
1/2 cup   — Almond flour
Oregano, garlic powder, pepper.
Your chosen pizza toppings.

THAT IS IT!! Here is my step by step guide:

#1 – Microwave cheese at 30 second increments until melted.

#2 – Add almond flour.  Place on cookie sheet pan with parchment paper. Stretch out the crust as much as you can. Bake @350 for 14 minutes or until brown on top.

#3 – Put on toppings. I used tomato sauce, cheese, pepperoni, banana peppers, mushrooms, and green peppers.

#4 – Put back in oven until toppings are melted and delicious. HERE IS THE FINAL PRODUCT OF AMAZINGNESS:
