One of my go-to foods for breakfast. The omelette!
For this particular omelette I used the following ingredients:
1/4 cup sausage
1/2 cup red pepper
1/4 cup mushrooms
I’ve done this blog post in video form which include a few little tricks I use for my omelette-making. **WARNING** I suffered from VVS during filming so I apologize in advance.
My NO FEAR omelette flipping technique:
After I flip the omelette, I put cheese on half of it and let it cook for another minute. Then I fold it and you will get cheesy delicious goodness.
