Omelette

One of my go-to foods for breakfast. The omelette!

For this particular omelette I used the following ingredients:

3 eggs
1/4 cup sausage
1/2 cup red pepper
1/4 cup mushrooms

I’ve done this blog post in video form which include a few little tricks I use for my omelette-making. **WARNING** I suffered from VVS during filming so I apologize in advance.

My NO FEAR omelette flipping technique:

After I flip the omelette, I put cheese on half of it and let it cook for another minute.  Then I fold it and you will get cheesy delicious goodness.

  1. Looks yummy. My little brother/father made up a way to cook eggs in the microwave, and called it “Bachellor’s Breakfast”, and takes about 5 minutes to prepare, and 1-2 minutes to cook. Sometimes, though, I think its worth taking the time to cook it in an actual pan rather than a bowl in the mircowave

    • Yeah! I used to do this when I was younger. Scramble up eggs in a little bowl and then mic it to make an egg mcmuffin. It works really well. You can’t beat a fried omelette though.
